Hexagon socket head cap screws with reduced loadability - Low head, with centre

These screws should not be used in the form of screw assemblies with captive washers as they are always required to have a short unthreaded portion of shank to compensate for the pilote recess. Due to their geometry, screws complying with this standard have a reduced loadability.
