DIN 2093 De forme standard Dimensions pour Disc springs
Ressorts à disques
Cette norme (DIN 2093) spécifie les exigences que doivent respecter les ressorts à disques pour garantir leur fonctionnement, notamment les exigences relatives au matériau, au type de fabrication, aux tolérances de mesure et de résistance, aux exigences de durabilité et de durée, ainsi qu'aux valeurs de relaxation en utilisation statistique. Les ressorts à disques sont des pièces coniques, de type rondelle, conçues pour être chargées axialement. La déflexion pour une charge donnée est prévisible et la durée de vie minimale peut être déterminée. Ils peuvent être utilisés seuls ou en plusieurs exemplaires empilés parallèlement. Les ressorts à disques peuvent être soumis à des charges statiques continues ou intermittentes, ou à des cycles de charge dynamiques continus. Ils sont fabriqués selon la norme DIN 2093 et conçus selon la norme DIN 2092.
