单圈弹簧垫圈 - 普通系列
本标准规定了开口弹簧垫圈的尺寸和供货技术条件，该垫圈用作不高于5.8级右旋螺纹螺钉、螺母和螺栓的支撑元件。该应用的目的是防止螺纹连接因支撑面沉降或热膨胀而松动。
为此，用户必须仔细评估表 1 中规定的残余弹力值。
防旋松效果主要由垫圈端部（具有特殊的凿形）作用于相关支撑面而产生。
不建议在承受垂直于其轴线的力的螺纹连接中使用开口弹簧垫圈。
也应避免在特别频繁使用（例如在频繁振动的情况下）或受特定安全法规约束的连接中使用。
