Parafusos de fixação com encaixe e ponta plana
Esta norma internacional (DIN EN ISO 4026) especifica as características dos parafusos de fixação com encaixe e ponta plana com roscas de M1.6 a M24 incluídas, da classe de produto A. Os parafusos de fixação com ponta plana são utilizados principalmente onde as peças necessitam de ser reajustadas com frequência, uma vez que causam pouco ou nenhum dano à peça contra a qual se apoiam. São também utilizados em veios temperados com ponta plana para melhor contacto e como parafusos de ajuste.
Os principais materiais utilizados na produção de parafusos de fixação são: AISI 420 (48-52 HRC) com excelentes propriedades mecânicas e resistência à corrosão; 45 H (14,9) para aplicações standard e de alta resistência; 33H (12,9) e 22H (8,8) para aplicações onde é necessária uma tensão moderada e grandes diâmetros; 21H AÇO INOXIDÁVEL A2-A4 com excelente resistência à corrosão e ao calor; 14H (4.6) para aplicações onde é necessária uma tensão moderada, pinos roscados.
