Sprezyny talerzowe

Niniejsza norma (DIN 2093) okresla wymagania, jakie musza spelniac sprezyny talerzowe, aby zagwarantowac ich funkcjonalnosc, takie jak wymagania dotyczace materialu, rodzaju produkcji, tolerancji wymiarów i wytrzymalosci, wymagania dotyczace trwalosci i czasu, a takze wartosci relaksacji w zastosowaniach statystycznych. Sprezyny talerzowe to stozkowe elementy typu podkladkowego, zaprojektowane do obciazenia osiowego. Ugiecie dla danego obciazenia jest przewidywalne, a minimalny cykl zycia mozna okreslic. Sprezyny talerzowe moga byc stosowane pojedynczo lub w wielokrotnosciach ulozonych równolegle. Sprezyny talerzowe moga byc obciazane statycznie w sposób ciagly lub przerywany, a takze dynamicznie poddawane ciaglym cyklom obciazenia. Sa produkowane zgodnie z norma DIN 2093 i projektowane zgodnie z norma DIN 2092.

The DIN 2093 specification classifies disc springs into 3 groups:

GROUP 1: under 1.25 mm thick (cold formed,radiused edges, without bearing flats)

GROUP 2: 1.25 mm thick up to and including 6mm (cold formed,machined,radiused edges, without bearing flats)

GROUP 3: above 6mm thick (fully machined from forged blanks, with bearing flats and thickness reduced)
