we are evaluating the purchase of M16 x 1 stainless steel threaded rod with a length of 1,000 mm.
At this stage, we would need between 3 and 5 units, so we would appreciate it if you could confirm their availability or manufacturing possibility.
The material must be A4 stainless steel (AISI 316), as this is the specification requested by the client.
Furthermore, the supply must comply with NACE regulations, and this compliance must be clearly stated in the EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, as we will subsequently have to certify this to the end client.
Additionally, in order to meet the requirements of this project, it is essential that the thread be manufactured by machining, as threads obtained by rolling or forming are not acceptable.
We would be grateful if you could indicate:
• Availability or possibility of manufacturing M16 x 1 x 1000 mm threaded rod.
• Confirmation of the grade of stainless steel (A4 / AISI 316).
• Confirmation of compliance with NACE regulations.
• Availability of EN 10204 3.1 certificate, reflecting such compliance.
