The company is particularly renowned for the production and distribution of UNI EN ISO 1234 (DIN 94) Split Pins, a product for which Dell’Era is one of the leading manufacturers in the European market and is widely recognized worldwide.
To complete its product range, the company also manufactures other types of split pins, including Beta/R-Clips Cotter Pins (similar to DIN 11024, single and double ring), IEC 372 split pins for insulators, Humpback Split Pins, and other bent-wire products manufactured according to customer’s drawings.

UNI EN ISO 1234 (DIN 94) split pins available in polished steel, black annealed steel, zinc-plated annealed steel (white/yellow/iridescent/zinc flake/zinc-nickel), stainless steel A2 (AISI 304), stainless steel A4 (AISI 316), copper, brass, and aluminium. Other finishes and materials available upon request.
Single ring “Beta/R-Clips” cotter pins (similar to DIN 11024) made of zinc-plated spring steel or stainless steel. Double ring “Beta/R-Clips” cotter pins (DIN 11024) made of zinc-plated spring steel or stainless steel. Other finishes and materials available upon request.
Stainless steel split pins for insulators according to IEC 372 and “Hump Back” split pins. Split pins available in inch sizes according to UNC ANSI B18.8.1.
Tag hooks and other bent wire products manufactured according to customer drawings.
