DIN 1469 Standard Dimensions for Grooved pins half length grooved with gorge

Grooved pins, half-length grooved with gorge (press-fit fasteners)

 

Pins used for holding retaining rings, retaining washers, springs, etcetera, the pin being seated firmly in a drilled hole of appropriate size. Such pins have a nominal diameter d1 of 1,5 mm to 25 mm ; they are type A (with slot for retaining rings as in DIN 471), type B (with slot for retaining washers as in DIN 6799) and type C (with rounded slot).
