Since 2021 we have been officially dealing ATOS locking systems through Awalock, the new division of Awafast dedicated to the sale of handles, industrial hinges and locks. Furthermore - thanks to many years of experience in professional welding – we currently design robotic stud welding systems on sheet metal.

Special processes
RIVETS AND WATERTIGHT INSERTS WITH PLASTISOL
We produce in-house blind rivets and watertight inserts with plastisol, a resin-based compound mixed with plasticizers, which - once applied to the head of the rivet and solidified - creates a sort of 'bearing'. During application, the bearing moulds itself to the surface, creating an airtight, vibration-proof fixing.
INSERTS WITH VIBRASTOP
We also manufacture inserts in-house, with vibrastop application, which guarantees vibration reduction and electrical insulation.
