Osra Special Parts is a young reality that specializes in the production of custom parts through hot forging and machining.

Thanks to our previous experience we can consider our company a specialist in the production of hot forged fasteners. Beside our hot forging lines, with both total and partial heating, and through electrical upsetting process, we can provide surface coatings onsite (8.8-10.9-12.9).

The working process is fully controlled and, thanks to our equipped workshop, we can make all the standard checks (size, hardness, magnaflux) as well as resilience and traction tests.

CNC turning lathes, machining centers and rollers complete the work cycle.
