Established in 1982, the company has a 25.000 square meter factory. We manufacture customer-specific bolts and standard bolts and screws. All products are available in sizes ranging from 10mm to 300 mm long and 4mm to 30 mm in diameter. Quality: 6.8 to 12.9. Heat treatment and galvanizing are carried out in-house.

Dega Demir began operations as a medium sized company in Istanbul, producing cold heading quality wire to be used in fastener production in 1982.
Today the company operates in 25.000 m² closed floor space with fifty different 4 & 5 stations cold forming machines. All the production processes are carried out internally including tooling, heat treatment and electroplating. In house production of tool design, heat-treatment and galvanizing lines enables the company to guarantee its customers reliable, high quality products with short delivery times.
For more than twenty years, Dega Demir has been producing an expansive range of fasteners, being one of the leading companies in its sector. Standard DIN parts and custom-made bolts and screws, ranging from 10 mm to 300 mm in length and 4mm to 30mm in diameter, with a quality range from 4.8 to 12.9. Dega Demir also manufactures copper coated SG2 welding wire diameters ranging from 0.60mm to 1.60 mm.
