The company was established from Angelo and Franca Zarri in 1972 as supplier of components for various costumers and sectors. At the beginning it was an artisan firm, then it started to enlarge until it has reached the present dimension: a big factory situated in an area of 35.000 mq, with 38 employees and an important productive potential thanks to the different production lines and, recently, two automatic warehouses that makes faster the service to the costumer. Zarri is specialized in the production of metallic items from wire between 2 and 12 mm diameter, and from bar between 10 and 30 mm diameter, in any quality of steel or metal for different kind of users in many Countries. Zarri transforms 1.500 ton of steel, it works with 1000 customers, and has the turnover of 3.500.000 Euro per year. The Company is situated in Castello d''Argile (BOLOGNA - ITALY) and it is easy to reach thanks to the lines of communication that links up the main important industrial centres of the region Emilia-Romagna such as Bologna, Modena and Padova, and it facilitates the transport of materials and products.
