UNI 1751 Estándar Dimensiones para Split lock washers
Arandelas elásticas de una sola espira - Serie Normal
La norma especifica las dimensiones y las condiciones técnicas de suministro de las arandelas elásticas partidas para su uso como elemento de soporte para tornillos, tuercas y pernos de clase no superior a 5.8 con rosca a derecha. El propósito de esta aplicación es contrarrestar el aflojamiento de una conexión roscada debido al asentamiento de las superficies de apoyo o a la expansión térmica.
Para ello, el usuario debe evaluar cuidadosamente los valores de fuerza elástica residual especificados en la tabla 1.
El efecto antidesenroscado se genera principalmente por la acción de los extremos de la arandela, con su particular forma de cincel, sobre las superficies de apoyo correspondientes.
No se recomienda el uso de arandelas elásticas partidas en conexiones roscadas sometidas a fuerzas perpendiculares a su eje.
También debe evitarse su uso en conexiones sometidas a un uso especialmente intenso (por ejemplo, en caso de vibraciones frecuentes) o sujetas a normas de seguridad específicas.
