Company in the field of high-performance engines is looking for a supplier of special nuts as per the attached images.

The nuts will be assembled on 9/10/11/12 mm diameter studs and will be tightened with torques of 75-95-105-120 Nm respectively;

The main feature should be that they are manufactured with a highly resistant material, which can be used several times.


The surface finish is not binding at the moment; the company would like to examine the different solutions available.

The customer also requires stamping the brand or numbers on the base of the nut.

Attached is a photo of the m12 nut currently used

The requested sizes are not binding but should be similar.

For the moment, 1000/10000 pieces are required for each measure.

Once the supplier has been identified, regular orders will follow over time.
