We are utilizing ASME B31.1 pipework (ANSI 150 flanges, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” & 12”) for our rubber lined pipework. Issue we need minimize bolt torques applied as our maximum flange surface pressure preferred with rubber lining is quite low. We also have stipulation need torque to at least 35% of bolt yield strength. I believe our best/lowest yield strength bolt option B8 class 1?
