Tubular rivets according to DIN 7340 or similar (preferably B type)
Size 8mm outer diameter, wall thicnkess 0,75-1mm or close to that, length preferably around 17mm+/-3mm.
Brass or stainles steel (aluminum also possible)
Quantity for urgent need about 20 000-30 000pieces,
before buying we need about 50 samples for testing.
We are using this rivet for connecting two 3mm plastic wires as you can see in the attached photos.
Any other type of similar tubular rivet is probably possible to use
